Registration In order to register your project you must submit the following to Arborus Homesol Completed LEED for Homes Registration Form Preliminary LEED for Homes Checklist Cheques payable to: CaGBC for the Registration Fee (See Fee Schedule) Arborus Consulting for the Provider Fee (See Fee Schedule) Note: Arborus Homesol cannot register your project until we have received the documentation and payments noted above Initial Meeting & Plan Review Prior to the initial meeting, you must provide Arborus Homesol with: Working Drawings in pdf format Durability checklist Green Rater Fees Arborus Homesol will assign a Green Rater to your project that will: Set up an initial meeting Review the preliminary checklist Provide your preliminary energy rating Construction The project team (Builder/Architect/Consultants) must: Conduct in-house verification to ensure that targeted LEED credits are met Collect & compile credit documentation, calculations & specs Facilitate on-site Green Rater verifications The Green Rater will: Complete the pre-drywall inspection and on-site testing Verification The project team must provide the following: Signed Final Checklist Signed Durability Checklist Signed accountability forms Certification Fee (See Fee Schedule) The Green Rater will: Complete the final visual inspection Conduct performance tests Complete the project documentation package and submit it to Arborus Homesol Certification Arborus Homesol will review the documentation with the Green Rater and, if it is satisfactory will recommend the project for certification. The CaGBC will then review and approve the certification and Arborus Homesol will notify the project team.
